The Thanks & Giving program assists those in need enjoy a nutritious and delicious Thanksgiving meal and provides them with hygiene necessities.

All applications are reviewed so that we may appropriately verify applicants and better serve families and individuals who need assistance. 

APPLICATION INFORMATION

The deadline for submitting an application (postmarked by date) is October 31st, 2025.  If you do not wish to mail in an application, you can drop one off during normal business hours at Avilla Elementary School.

If you submit an application, you will be contacted to let you know the status of your application and will be contacted about delivery/pick-up information.

**Please Note**  Your application must be completed and dropped off at the Avilla Elementary School or mailed to the Avilla LaOtto Charity Group, PO Box 281 Avilla, IN 46710 by October 31st to be considered.

The application must be completed by an adult and must have a current telephone number (or message number) and address.

Anyone providing false or incomplete information will be denied. By signing below you understand this is an application only, and in no way guarantees acceptance. All applicants will be contacted by November 17th to be advised of the acceptance/rejection of their application and where to pick items up.
